Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Manager to oversee all legal documentation, compliance processes, and administrative systems. This role is critical to our DMV certification process and ensuring seamless operations as we scale to 200+ vehicles monthly.

Key Responsibilities:
Legal & Compliance Documentation
Manage DMV certification documentation and compliance requirements
Draft and review dealer partnership agreements and vendor contracts
Ensure all business operations meet federal and state regulatory standards
Maintain corporate legal documents and business entity filings
Handle international shipping and customs documentation
Operational Documentation
Create and maintain customer onboarding documentation systems
Develop standardized processes for vehicle acquisition and export procedures
Manage insurance documentation and policy compliance
Oversee title transfers, registrations, and vehicle documentation
Coordinate with shipping partners on required export documentation
HR & Administrative Systems
Develop employee handbook and HR policy documentation
Manage contractor agreements and equity documentation
Create training materials and standard operating procedures
Maintain confidential employee and business records
Support executive team with corporate governance documentation
Process Development
Build scalable documentation workflows using our tech stack (Zoho, etc.)
Implement quality control systems for document accuracy
Create templates and standardized forms for recurring processes
Develop compliance tracking and reporting systems
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training
Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field
2+ years experience in legal documentation or corporate compliance
Experience with federal filings, corporate law, or business entity management
Core Skills
Legal drafting and document preparation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of corporate compliance requirements
Experience with contract review and legal research
Proficiency in document management systems
Technical Requirements
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
